Fiduciary Standards of Care

Parties to a contract owe each other certain duties, including but not limited to, fiduciary duties including a duty to comply with industry notions of good faith and fair dealing. Many times, parties to a contract to not uphold these fiduciary obligations and it results in litigation and a commercial real estate expert witness is brought in to discuss industry and market standards of care in such instances.
